Were Italian medics distinguished in any way from combatants? As in, red cross armband, tabard etc? I'm painting some wargames figures for a contract and I've run up against a lack of information on this.

Any help greatfully received.

Either contact supermario on here or ask on the commando supremo forum dedicated to all things Italian ww2 or try meditteraneo on Facebook
