as a group think the standards and attitudes are really good, just hope I am up to the standards.only my 3rd event and didn't want to join a group until I thought I had it right, any mistakes are politely pointed out.its all about learning and teaching

Looks very nice and much better than the current "green" base coloured one which I have. I would say the chap sat next to you also has a current one and the difference in colour is quite clear.
I need to keep looking for a first run smock!

Yes mine is a current one. :) But alot closer to originals than people give them credit for! But those rangercamp ones are certainly better.

I noticed that the most recent ones that SoF sell also have a second lighter green color to them, which did not appear on the printed version of the camouflage, only the painted versions from what I know.

Their patterns keep changing which is really frustrating. Sometimes its basically spot-on. Other times the colours are way off. :/ its really bizarre!

A couple of photos of me from this weekend after being hit by a mortar on both days. I didn't realise I genuinely looked this ridiculous. -_- lol. The public seemed to like - especially the kids! Well when I say the kids...I got huge delight out of seeing their terrified faces with major frowns on them! lol.

If it was you doing all the screaming when the rounds came down on you it was bloodcurdling and effective.

Yeah that was me doing all that screaming at the end where their mortar rounds came down. Nearly stopped and belted a guy around the face when being dragged up on the second day because he decided to be a wise guy and tell me it was only a scratch. -_-

I know you're probably all fed up of Airborne pictures by now but I just love this one by Daniella Zalcman.

As already said a great weekend with great people. Thanks to all of PBI for working very hard to put on a good display as part of the Airborne Platoon.
All the best,
Matt

b&w or sepia it, and it would look rather period especially with the selective focus.
