The bottom bayonet is a M38 solid bayonet ( there are folding blade types as well) , made for the 38 pattern carcano. The top bayonet scabbard has me stumped. Thought it might be a vettereli bayonet scabbard has elements are similar but the design on the brass at the bottom doesn't appear to be of italian manufacture.
