Hi all,
I have been reading with interest the exploits of the Special Allied Airborne Reconnaissance Force, which was made up of Brit and Belgian SAS,Brit and US Jedburghs, French and Polish paras. Fair enough they only exsitied for 7 weeks but still a very intersting read. By April 22nd 1945 they had 60 teams of 3 men patrols. And cosisted of a mixture of all the nations mentioned above. Does anyone else have any more info about the SAARF? As it was a very interesting read...

many thanks

Shaun

Further more i have found "SAARF" shoulder titles and the one winged badged, usually worn on the lower right sleeve. Does anyone reproduce these?? It would be interesting to see one of these up close...

Cheers guys.

Shaun
