Unlikely, as they would have removed something so obvious as a "British" made buckle so the item would have no fingerprint where it came from!
They tried very very very hard to make sure they used labels in clothes etc from the countries the agent was going to, so they blended in as much as possible. This is an obvious thing someone would have picked up on way back in the design stages, so if it looks like an SOE holster out of a book or whatever, its either been overlooked in a big mistake or its a nearly, but not quite perfect, fake.
