These have stumped me a bit
Similar to utility straps, 12" x 3/4"
the closest thing I can find is for the leg morse key, but they seem a bit short to go round the leg.

If you can get in touch with Josh (our Rupert) he may well be able to ID them as he's come accross them before and also knows his stuff about Brit webbing.

I have some of those but I have never positively identified them. I know for certain they are not straps for the morse key as I have some NOS ones that are labeled and they have the holes ready made in them. There is also a 3/4 strap for the 25pr but that 22" long. there are also a number 3/4 straps on the Bergen ruck sack but these are too short. I would be interested to know the answer myself.

I was once given a Bergen rucksack by a 2nd Parachute Battalion Veteran and these straps were inside. He told me he used them for attaching things to the leather loops on the main bag.
