Just a quick ask peeps.......would a denix replica pass muster as a holster filler please, not for waving about etc ?

I've a Denix and a nakata PFC Enfield as holster fillers. The Denix as a holster filler is fine. Cheap and cheerful and does the job. You can stick the denix .38 rounds in it for extra weight.

Only real issues are little pin that stops the chamber spinning isn't fixed and easily lost. And theres no spring to hold the top bar closed. So it sometimes breaks open when you withdraw it from the holster. Both of which can be easily sorted with a little know how.

I handled one once and it really is only a holster-filler. In that capacity it serves very well but you cannot even break it open properly...

If all it is going to do is sit in your holster and you never (or rarely) plan to get it out, then its more than acceptable for that role. :)
