Is there much difference between the wartime bush jacket and the 1950, bush jacket and what would the 50's bush jacket be worth?

There were enough private purchase jungle bush jackets of various cuts you can probably get away with it until a more correct one turns up. I wear a Canadian 1949 pattern jungle bush jacket and no one has ever noticed!
