Looking for photographs of the British 24hour ration pack, a diagram of how it is constructed would be great.

Im also looking for any images of the food and contents contained in them.

Regards
Ollie

The only photos I recall are in one of those french tommy books. They look to be grey or mid brown card. Beyond that???
Motion Picture Props had repros at Detling, some of the US ration makers have them too.
I dont think they were actually seen that often.

But they are all fantasy items copied from internet auctions? Ok there is the odd scanned original label but most of it is fantasy.
You might take them along to a private battle to eat but dont display them.

So, they are 'reproductions' of fantasy items.

Sorry I didn’t respond sooner, yes it is the ww2 British/Canadian 24 hour ration packs im after.

I know the size of the things just not the construction of them. All I seam to find is repros of fantasy stuff.

I have in mind to make a few packs for display, also to use in privet battles.

The IWM have some pictures of them being broken up and the boxes being used as windbreaks but nothing close up.
