Hi Lloyd . Picked up a helmet for a French resistance impression we did and needed to complete it with a badge, couldnt get a 'cheap' one so just white painted FFI on it instead . Only used it once !! Still 2nd Infantry ingrained , that wont change....

Got the badge today, it is of course a WW1 pattern which is understandable given the coming anniversary, but there were plenty around in 1940. A lick of "Kaki Semi Mat" and Bob's your uncle.
