They need a new set of guidelines, those are from 2002 and do not cover the implications of the VCRA.

Are Nares pushing for the evidencs of the National Ballistics service to be challanged? as Its neither fair r transparent that they can make claims and hide behind secrecy to influence things.

They sort of Do but don't have any corresponding UK legislation to actually do anything forceful

That seems like bad advice seeing that the directive has not even been adopted by the European parliament yet and would still have to be voted into UK law after that.

Seems that a company that makes money from selling deacts can't resist the urge to create a rush

Aren't these the same people who had nine (or was it eleven) Deact lewis guns at last years W&P for £5995 each?

scaremongering might make real cash

RIF manufacture ,ay make less but possibly about to become a lot more desireable :lol:
