A couple of years ago I read a book review in the paper of a fictional story about two german lorry drivers during the war - and how they unwittingly end up involved in the holocaust. My brain remembers it as being called somethig like "Getz and Meyer" but that brings up no results - and I've tired trawling amazon but there's way too many fiction stories set during the holocaust.

Does this book ring any bells and if so - what was it called!

Cheers!
