Hi all, last weekend picked up a set lf the brown thick cotton overalls, were these used in ww2 for things like civil defence civilian use etc or would they just use the blue ones.

If they wore them what impression can i put together with them.

Regards Mark.

Brown was the standard WW1 colour for Overalls and early production WW2 Denims and Overalls were brown.

They would have been used throughout WW2 until stocks were exhausted.
