Evening all.

I've spent a bit of time photoshopping a National Registration Identity Card into a blank template. I've uploaded it as best I can (had to reduce it in size to under 10Mb) but it's still reasonable enough quality to print out and fill it in yourself.

Here's the link to the National Registration Identity Card: http://i.imgur.com/i7s9ldY.jpg
(warning: it is 1538 x 1567 and 7.73Mb so don't open it if you're on a mobile or have a capped data limit on your network provider!)

The only question I have is I need a favour. I'm sure some of you out there reading this have original National Identity Cards in your collection.

Please could someone grab their ID card and measure it for me? I've got a rough idea of the size of it but I want to try and print it out so it's slightly accurate!

Also on mine I've mocked up a Surrey Civil Defence stamp (not shown on the one above) because I couldn't find what it would have looked like. Don't suppose anyone's got any ideas?

Great! Well done! I have a repro one (which I assume is correct size) but not to hand. Will post when I can.

Very nice that well done!

Been rummaging in my box of goodies and the one I found has not got the last section on it with the photograph section. It's just a two piece booklet. (43 Dated). The Under Sixteen one I have is the same.

Anyhow, for what it's worth it measures:
6 1/2 Inches (each page is 3 1/4 Inches wide)
by 5 Inches

Or if you wanted Metric:
165mm (83mm Per page)
by 127mm

I hope that is of use to you!

Thanks again and all the best,
Matt

Oh - bigger than I seemed to have remembered them being. I guestimated from memory, and mine is 139mm x 102mm (for two pages, not all three)

I shall have to reprint to a correct size.

Also - thank you for your assistance! Really appreciate the feedback :-)
