I'm currently doing a bit of research on the Polish Navy in exile in WW2, I've found lots of info on ships etc. but I'd like to get down to some of the nittygritty of the uniform. Basically if anyone can help me answer these questions I'd be most grateful!

1. Can anyone advise me on the branch badges worn by Polish Navy ratings during the war?
2. How was the cap tally affixed to the cap? It would appear they did not tie it in a bow like the RN.
