The Red Fleet is actually called the Voyenno Morsky Flot - VMF for short. :D

When did it change from Workers and Peasants Red Fleet?

I know it did, but can't remember whether thats postwar or when?

I don't know the date for the fleet but it was probably about the same time as the air force changed to VVS from Workers and Peasants Air Fleet - i.e. 1930.

It was deffo VMF during the war though.
