I have found it in the little village and there were Russian field runways during WW2 about 1,5 km from this place. Any ideas?

It's difficult to read it ( last pic), for sure: "1941 god" (year), "XXXtechprom","XXXXXXadskij zawod", "razmier..."

They look like the Pilots Gloves that were issued for cold weather.... Think they went in a set with the suits?

Someone told me, it was made for infantry Siberian Divisions, but I rather suppose it's for air crews...

I thought it was Air Crews as they usually wore these pattern gloves with a suit lined with fur? Got a picture some where...
