I know that the CC.NN divisions were destroyed in the 1st British drive at the start of the N. Africa fighting, but I have also read that every Infantry division had a CC.NN battalion? So did black shirts fight in N. Africa with the regular infantry divisions and if so did they were standard insignia or the M. battalion insignia? Did M. battalions fight in N. Africa?
Thanks guys;
Christian
