This subject often comes up, and therefore I'm gonna make this topic a sticky one so people interested in acquiring Italian uniform items can go direct to the best company suppling such equipment.

The compny is called 'Sartoria Equipe'
It is an Italian company that makes a whole range of uniforms for most periods, but do the best WW2 range by any vendor.

The web site is easily found using google, but is in Italian. For information the best route for the time being is to email one of the guys who works there. His name is Remo, and speaks excellent english.

The email address is info@sartoriaequipe.com

address the email as ' For the attention of Remo'.

He will answer any of your enquiries. They do produce a list of their products and are in the process of producing an english version. their webpage will also be transleted into english in the future.

Cheers

Neil

Telo Tenda Mimetico Modello 1929. Keeping Farbs dry at night since 1978

Its a Tent! Its a Poncho! Its a Ground Sheet! Its a Camouflage against the enemy. My word, its even a waterproof sleeping bag! It is not, however, German.

M33 Elmetto. Good against shrapnel. Great for grinding coffee. For that superb sweat encrusted taste.[/size]

Has anyone purchased anything from this company yet?

Thought I'd use this thread to post on uniforms.

Came across this guy ww2militaria-keith7524fnl on Ebay offering all sorts of repro uniforms including Italian. Any one know of him?

Grazie.

Mike.

Indeed.
He has been the subject of discussion in the 'Grigio-Verde uniforms!' thread.

Hi scout, m1enrico has a good reputation as a vendor in Italy, nothing of the sort of the elusive IFG! However, I think he only act as a distributor, and he may be selling Keyth's repros himself. He personally restores his helmets, though.

Looks like he's getting his boots from Sartoria Equipe. Same goes for his Bustina's. The Jacket is not a HKK one, but the trousers/pantaloons are HKK.

His helmets look pretty good though. Is this the same guy who often sells on Ebay?

Neil

Sorry, I don't know. As far as I know he usually sticks to his m1enrico nickname. He operates from the Po Valley area in Italy, and I think he knows well the guys from Sartoria Equipe.
