E-bay basically ... but ... and it is a big BUT ... it will cost from about £15 to £20 a roll plus post .. a lot to pay for single use .. I have started making my own, not that difficult to do there is a link here that may help ..

another here for the same thing

You will need a dark bag or darkroom, any standard 35mm film and some spare 828 spools .. e-bay again, mostly US though, (or you could do what I did, bought some Kodak Colorsnap 828 cameras, .99p upwards in charity shops) and take the spools out then give the cameras back to the shops .. naughty I guess in a way but ..??
When you send the the film for processing you need to make sure you tell the operator/store that you need the spool and backing paper returned with the processed film though .. !

Yes Allen, I made that rookie error with a vintage/old/metal 120 spool. Not much of a loss but hey.

If anyone is interested .. I can make up some 828 film for those with that type of camera ... all I will need is the spools to load for you.
Cost of film and postage will need to be of a consideration, otherwise (unless it gets too big), a small amount on top for my time.

Got the facilities to do it, and the time and expertise .. although for some reason I tend to close my eyes while I'm working in the dark bag ... don't ask me  .. its habit I guess from actually being in a darkroom so much ... :D

That's cool Allen,
I don't have any cameras in this format at this time, but I'll be sure to keep you in mind if I ever pick up a Kodak Bantam ;)

Lloyd

Just got another spare spool .. scarce in UK but there are some on e-bay US .. about £5 with roughly the same postage, reluctant to pay that myself, but if you want to get some spare spools, I have six rolls loaded at present and will swap spools but of course need to cover cost of film etc ... let me know ..

Actually for those interested and not up on 'fiddling' with film, Im considering preparing 620 stuff as well ... its better I think to respool than to either cut down 120 spools etc as other means of getting the film into a 620 camera again though as with 828 spools, you would need to get 620 spools to replace those I would send out .... be interested in any feedback on both films 828 and 620 .. !!
