Only of us to be honest - never really got off the display - one of the lads in CARA/Hampshires took some wide ranging photos - perhaps he'll post later but for now:

Yours truly, BBC correspondent, slowly melting in the heat: Image

Our triple Vickers display:

The other trench and a lot of 'rubbish' around the display:

The museum were nice enough to lend us an Aussie universal carrier:

To be honest I've a lot more but they are all of a theme - mainly tea drinking and hole digging :) There's a nice one on facebook of Mr. Rob Wilmer kipping in the shadow of the 25 pounder - it was remarkably HOT :)

Hope these give a snapshot

Thanks Allen, glad we were doing Italy (so many veterans and relatives who appreciated the attempt to commemorate their largely forgotten service and sacrifice) and very glad I was wearing KD !! We would have died otherwise. That said we were total FARBs - the date we were portraying, 9th September 1944 on the Gothic Line had been characterised by heavy storms washing all but one road away around the Gemmano area ... and we - completely out of character - got sunburnt; jusy how farby is that :)

Even better than that was that the Notts and Derby display had another 2 on it - 5 Vickers on display within 20 foot of each other .303 everywhere :D :D :D :D

Our T-16 for display at YWE (we hope), ably stencilled by Mr. Chris Camps:
