Nice collection of Mortar stuff ther mate - very nice. Do you by any cahnce have a sample of an augmenting charge or a really good close up picture of one you could share?

Please see above link for info on Primary and Secondary (Augmenting Cartridges) for the 3" Mortar.

The Picture attached also shows a number of secondary charge containers, they are made of a thin rubberised type of material.

I've also seen examples of them made from a clear cellulose type of plastic..... similar to the anti gas eye shields but thinner......

Actually its not Geoff - but thanks very much anyway for the link. What I am after (I think) is a close up photo of the Mortar bomb - 3rd down on the right hand edge of your last photo - difficult to see on the screen but it looks to be what I am looking for.
