Please excuse the interruption, but I am an American WWII reenactor planning to be in London Sept 3-11. I would love to do some vintage shopping while there and was hoping someone could suggest a website or list of good places in London to try. I am definitely looking to buy some good lisle stocking for reenactments.

I'd appreciate any leads to shops/vintage and/or a good calendar of events by date in London.

Thanks so much for your help!

Mary Stevanus

Hello Mary,

Depending on where in London you will be this is a pretty good breakdown of some nice accessible shops which might be of use?

I can't say if it's a list of absolutely the BEST shops, but it certainly gives you some options.

All the best,

Alex
