Who caught the cartoon in the times, 21/7/17? All the troops in long lines out into the sea. In the foreground, carrying rifle, in a tin hat, one T. Blair, grinning directly out at the viewer. 'No need to panic, it's all going swimmingly'. The cartoon was titles Dun-nothing.
