some of you may be aware that there is a fairly new game out called sniper elite v2, you play as a ww2 sniper (hence the name) in this gaming world you are fighting to stop the rocket development which later became NASA, you may enjoy this game alot as it does have awsome game physics, and takes windage, trajectory and distance into effect when you are trying to kill an enemy, if you havnt got it already i do highly recomend it.

(boring information- In game collision meshes are good objects are surrounded with the mesh )
- Nice stealth mechanics
- good voice acting and storyline
- minor avatar conjunctions (the character you play as seems as if he has been cut in half at the waist and celotaped back together.

****
overall i think it is a brilliant game and im still playing it!!

got it on 360, dont go much for stealth easier to find a nice spot and laugh menicaly as you pick off the poor germans wondering where the hell you are, had some cracking trick shots too, funnest moment was on the mision you have to kill the tank, I was hiding on the second floor of a building picking people off, one german came in to look for me couldnt find me said to his mates he aint in here then i put a round through the back of his head, he even walked under me lol

Very good game, although its a little short, ranges arnt too big, and the AI seems to see through walls at times....

Although it's a bit dated, look up the first sniper elite game (released in 2005), graphics are a bit dated these days but is much longer. The AI is more realistic in terms of visability, and you can make shots at over 1000 yards, with all the physics you get in the 2nd game.

All in all though, V2 is still very good, and I'm still playing it. Just be aware though that for PC you need a directX 11 compatible graphics card or it wont play.

Paul.

ye the ranges are a little short but sniping dosnt nesserceraly need long range, tho i do prefer it, i just enjoy the way ypu can set up in say a roof and pick people off unaway of where you are, even funnyer when they come and try and find you.

Played the demo with my mate, was actually rather impressed. Alot of thought and detail has been put into the game. Looking forward to getting the full thing.

Apart from Pegasus Bridge level 2. That is just sadistic.
