Does anyone out there have the tool (or has made the tool) for setting the pinion depth on the jeep differential?

If they would either sell it to me or even better let me borrow it to set my pinion depth that would be amazing!

Many thanks,
Matt

The tip I was given by a chap who rebuilds these regularly (he runs a restoration business specialising in jeeps) is replace bearings and keep the shimming to EXACTLY (to the thou) to what you take out. He advised then the correct position will be very very close and you can check the contact between pinion and crown wheel with blue. Haven't tried this yet but is the approach I intend to take.

This is passed on as a suggestion without any come back!
