Hi all,

Just a quickie. I'm dying to get my hands on a jeep. Can't really afford much, especially for a restored one (and where's the fun in that).
I'm really keen on learning the mechanics and process from the ground up, so I was toying with the idea of building one from scratch. Anyone done this? Is it advisable?

Also, good books/resources/dealers?

Cheers!

I know a guy with a running chassis/engine/box etc. Grab a tub and build your own!! Don't know if he's selling tho but it's a start and he's a good guy so might point you in right direction.
