Oh dear.
Sounds like you have a more serious problem than simply the difference between using different fuels.
If the water in the rad is boiling you can assume that the thermostat is opening, however you must now check everything.
This what to do.
1, either buy a cooling system pressure tester or go to a reputable garage and have them use theirs.
This should tell you if your cooling system is compromised, for example, blown head gasket, cracked block / head.
If this finds the problem then thats cool.
However if you are still in the dark then.
2, buy a cylinder leakdown tester and follow the instructions or take your jeep to a reputable garage and have them use theirs,
this will show if a cylinder is leaking, (remember to test each cylinder on compression stroke)
I would do these 2 things as a matter of urgency.
