Genosse,
If you are deployed against British Troops, a Trophy Ammo Boot lace ( nicely used) would be a great Gag for your Direction of Interest Scale of Issue. :D

If you are deployed against Bolsheviks bring your own lace. Bootlaces were a bourgeous affectation not in the State Approved Scale of Issue.
State Norms were exceeded by 150% for left boots but wreckers caused right boot Norms to be reduced to 75% of Expected Scales.
State Organs have already exceeded their Arrest Norms in purging the conspirators(Gott, this stuff is catching).

Sheesh, is it impossible to read ANY topic without finding this soviet bollocks everywhere???

The lace you want is a thin flat lace made from cotton/rayon or a mix. They used to break often.
