The war fiction / article published in Skirmish over the Summer is now live on the website. Photos from our day at Foxfield, written and researched by our very own Carlos.

To see it....

(is that a genuine enough reason for a bump??)

It's one of the highlights of the calendar for us mate. :D

Simple no frills railway show, but the public are always good with us and the location is fantastic (as long as the weather holds).

Yep and a few changes to that one this year, with a lot more activity going on at Consall with the Germans, so if you fancy taking part Tom let us Know.

Consall Station is a beautiful location Tom, tucked away in a small Derbyshire Valley, a million miles from no where. Very little in the way of modern buildings or anything of that matter to spoil the overall impression of the place and your photo's.

Personally looking forward to working closely with Eventplan, much prefer multi period living history events these days, better atmosphere I think, since everyone's who attends, no what period they represent get along really well with each other and gives real spirit to the weekend.

Sunday saw members of GD troop down to Weston to take part in the filming of a video 'short' due out later this year.

Thought i'd share a couple of pics with you of us all getting our boots dirty for the first time this season - there will no doubt be more to follow :D
