Dear All,

A change for me, in not being in charge, and very relaxing it was, too. Thanks to Dave for getting the site, and very interesting it was. Thanks to all the guys for putting in the effort, and getting muddy !
How I survived Nicks impression of Mongo in the Hurtgen, I will never know, I ended up crying ! I never knew that greatcoats could be so funny. Just goes to prove what a good bunch of guys we have in TfH.

Best regards,

Der Chef

PS Hilfe, hilfe !

It's one thing to re-live it in a barn, nothing like fighting with the biggest, meanest greatcoat in the land in the middle of a firefight!! Should be medals for that!!

Was a good day, although the syncronized free fall with me and the BAR wasn't quite a highlight!

Nice to see everyone, see you in a couple of weeks!

Mongo

Great pictures
Must take my hat of to you, you sure can make the beautiful Suffolk countryside look very war torn.
Akenfarm is a great location to use.

Awesome guys, wish I could have been there with you. I got held up at Headquarters - the general couldn't find his aerial photographs...

Did you get Rob to cook the pidgeon? 5 second roast anyone?

Yes a good location with plenty to offer...

Two sets of trenches, ruins, rubble and the farm all add to the mix…

With a film set pedigree… 8)

yep, thanks for another jolly good day and they are some great pics... the trenches were pretty cool and the mud was somewhat amusing, what with people going down..me included..
