Just came accross this that ive owned for a while but just came accross it again.

Have no idea what it is but it looks Germanish so have posted it here.Does anyone have any idea what pistol its for?It seems to be a PPKish size but the magazine seems smaller than 9mm.There is what looks like an inkstamp of B.A.X inside the flap and the mag has what looks like a small symbol on the edge but i cant get a decent pic of it.The retaining stud is steel.

Thanks

Can't identify the holster but PPK came in 7.65mm and I believe short 9mm.

I was pretty sure i had seen that type of stamp on a WW1 German item before but could never find it again

Would this type of holster be used WW2 and of course the big question-is it worth anything???

Thanks

Perhaps it'd fit my Wather model 8?! I thought the PPK was small but that thing is tiny! 6.35mm!

Hey Lipton, mystery solved finally! It's a Browning 1910 pistol holster! Check out the pic:

Those browning 1910 pistols came in that short variant and also a longer variant:

I bet that's the culprit! The plot thickens!
