Parts left in the white (unblued):
Recoil Lug and nut (Bolt running through stock)
Buttplate
Bolt take down disk (washer on stock)

On earlier rifles...(ie...1940 and earlier) I have seen the following in the white (not all, must have been a manufacturer choice):
Trigger
Trigger Fork
Bayonet Lug
Firing Pin
Firing pin spring
Floorplate retaining plunger

Not sure where you got the "bolt in the white" part...sounds more reminiscent of the old VZ24.

I have seen a Russian captured arsanal refinished example which looks like any other kar98k to me.....apart from the wood staining of a reddish colour.

I also forgot to mention that they had no trigger locking screw or cleaning rods, but i think thats normal for Russian Captures.
