I,rather long term view(so if you have one 4 sale,do us a favour and keep it till next year  )am on the look out for "one of those k98s with 'orrible foriegn stamping.."more specificaly a Radom,Poland, manufactured k98,the type with the, sorry for non tech' speak, straight pointy outy bolt handle. I know, from past experiance of reenacting FJR that at least a few of these ended up in this country, but at the time wasnt interested as I prefered the "standard" k98. I have seen a live fireing one this year, but with those ironic Isreali D F stampings,(which wouldnt be too much of a problem, theres always filing/sanding  ) but I only want a De act.Are they about? Would they be cheaper/dearer than the standard(£190ish) k98 and does anyone know of any English language websites that would have info on the Polish k98?

Thanks a lot in advance
kai,
