Hello. I am a volunteer at the Eastchurch Aviation Museum on the site of the former RAF Eastchurch.
Could anybody please tell me if a daily war diary was kept for occurrences at RAF airfields? I know Squadrons kept records but would like information specific to the airfield. Many thanks in advance

Have you tried The National Archives?

Not sure how helpful this will be to you:-

Thanks for the reply, but I was hoping that someone would know if the RAF records are called War Diaries or use some other RAF name so that I can search for the correct items. Cheers
