The England stamp is the country of origin (Even it were a Savage or a LongBranch) so many Lee Enfields were imported to the USA from places like South Africa or India and then made there way to the UK. Most of the Bren gun parts kits in the USA were imported to the UK from Grease and then exported to the USA. It's just international arms dealing.
