Were these sent to the UK with bayonets. or were the bayonets added in England?

Hi

Stevens Savage made No.4 MkII Bayonets, surely they would have been paired with the victory scabbards in the US, then shipped to Britain. It would seem odd to ship bayonets & scabbards seperately. :?

Interesting question really.

Will see if I can find out anymore.
