Is there anybody who can give me some details about the following items?

I bought them as a set under the description of mortar equipment
I know that the big light is attached to the aiming stake.
I am not sure about the two other items. I checked the GICG and only found the M-14 light for the aiming post. They do look almost the same, but there are some small differences. There is also an item I can not find in the book. It fits around the leg of the mortar, but i can’t figure out it’s use.

Greetings,
Kim

Thank you for the respons and the info.
Do you know anything more about the item on the right? It doesn't seem possible to attach it somewhere to the mortar.
Perhaps of an other piece of artillery?

Greetings, Kim
