First port of call would be TM9-1901 Artillery Ammunition (29 June 1944) which is usually available online.
Packaging, and markings of such, is detailed there.

60mm Mortar ammo came in tubes within tubes. There is a thread on here regards the larger tubes which shows a photo I posted of the cloverleaves with markings. IIRC the same thread has some cloverleaves offered for sale by Avenger, complete with at least one retaining rod which I believe are still available. They would give you the basic length and diameter of the larger tubes.
Jonheyworth is mentioned there as having the details for the inner and outer tubes for his repro ones, hopefully a PM to him would turn some info up.

Additional manuals downloadable online are TM9-1900 Ammunition, General 1945, and TM9-1904 Ammunition, Inspection 1944. These cover other aspects of the use, storage and transport of ammunition and fuses including both 60mm and 81mm ammunition.

Hope that's of use,
Paul

Sam,

I have an original 60mm individual tube. I'll take some measurements tonight.

TM 9-1901 Artillery Ammunition Jun 1944 (82Mb)

All the best,
Paul

Lloyd is the bazooka tube diameter the same as the grenade tubes, if so then i only need the lengths of the inner and outer tubes. What is stamped on the ends of the metal caps, hopefully not pringles  Did you get my PMs the other day, if not i have a feeling that stuff is going to my outbox and not being sent, let me know.

The endcaps for HE rockets should be embossed CONTAINER M87 if my notes are correct.

Contents, lot number, date etc. would be printed on in white.

All the best,
Paul
