Just sold a 57mm 2 months ago to a collector abroad . I sold it complete with 2 rounds and the following spares....... scope, scope mount/iron sight, shoulder mount , full cover, seperate muzzle, scope and breach cover , front sight original manual early deact £3250.00 and the buyer paid for a packaging crate and courier .

I didn't ask a price I put it out to offers and that's the price offered , had a couple of others around £2800/£3000 .

IF you manage to find one , I have another complete shoulder with pad's in place , as sometimes these are missing .

When i was at the recent Gun Powder Mills event I was told by a mate on the display that there is a difference between WW2 and post war M18s in the makings, WW2 marked M18s have just 'M18' stamped on the breech and post war have 'M18A1'. I take it this applies to the M20 75mm. The most expensive part buying an M18 or a M20 would be the M1917 mount at £750 a pop.

The 1st designation was T15, then M18 about 2,000 made during the war.

Post war the M18 where recalled and modified with a breach handle added as well as other mods re-deisignated M18A1, some are stamped M18 with the A1 added....

Mine is a M18 no post war mods and a low serial number....

The Chineese copyied it during the vietman war.
