Was there such a thing?

What helmet would they have worn?

Just curious!

Thanks, Scott

Asthere is one photograph of a soldier sitting inside a Horsa, wearing his DR helmet, one could assume that if a DR was to be part of the Airborne divisional Royal Corps of Signals, he would use his DR helmet.

Several motorcyclists are to be seen in the videos. Some wearing berets, others helmets (DR and Para) and I think I saw one without any headdress whatsoever.
