Disclaimer

Although a great deal of effort is directed into the safety aspects of this event, battle re-enactment, the use of weapons, blank ammunition and pyrotechnics remain potentially dangerous. All persons should carefully note that attendance at Mereworth Woods Training Complex will constitute volenti non fit injuria, that is to say you will be deemed to have accepted any risk of injury, loss or damage whatsoever and no claim in respect thereof will lie against the MOD, Landmark the Second battle Group or the Organiser(s).

The MOD, Landmark, The Second Battle Group or any persons so appointed cannot be held personally liable for any injury or damage to any individual participating in this event, nor can they be held responsible for any damage to, loss, or theft of any personal or communal property. The organisers will expel any individual engaged in illegal, defamatory, or dangerous practices during the event.

A safety brief will be conducted prior to the commencement of the event and should be attended by all participants. A copy of events SOP’s will be made available to representatives of each group and should be made available to all participants.

I understand that battle re-enactment is potentially dangerous hobby. I agree to the above and act in a reasonable and safe manner during this event.

Cost per person is £39.50, please send full amount by 25.Oct.2012.This is necessary, as the MOD need paying prior to the event. Thank you.

2) Then contact Mark Singleton at sbgevents@hotmail.co.uk to let him know that you are attending the event and to ensure your name and Group as well as car reg and make are added to the re-enactors list. The payment list and attendance list will then be cross-referenced prior to the event.

I would just like to thank SBG for another cracking weekend at Longmoor. Had a blast and my guys from Das Reich had a great time under the command of Gary and Kitkat.
Feeling a bit guilty because one of SBG gave me some 7.92 rounds when I ran out after getting `Giddy` with my new sniper rifle. If you read this please get in contact via PM and I`ll repay the favour. You know who you are but in the heat of battle I didn`t get your name.

i noticed that too
..he did tell me he left his tree saw in the boot ..and his harness for climbing trees

i got fed up when almost every half hour he burst into the song"im a lumber jack and im ok"
