SBG Private Battle Longmoor Camp Hampshire 3rd/4th November usual rules apply arrive from the Friday afternoon (2nd) no tracked Armour but bike jeeps etc all Ok. We will be using the housing to sleep in at night and any interested groups need to contact Mark Singleton at sbgevents@hotmail.co.uk for further details and to register their interest.

Brief information list below........................................................................................

1) All members wishing to attend need to e-mail the SBG with name, group, car make and reg number ( this can done as a group or individually)
2) £39.50 per head for the whole weekend with payment up front sent with each form to Peter Mooney by 25th October prior to event.
3) Each member will have to sign the attached disclaimer and send it back prior to taking part in this private Battle.
4) Event is over the 2/3/4th November weekend.
5) You can arrive on the Friday 2nd November between 1pm and midnight.
6) Please contact Hamish Mccloud for weapons hire.Contact him on tel 02392253175 or 07803257915 or e-mail hamish at enquiries@history-making.com to reserve your firearm in plenty time.
7) Sleeping arrangements should be the same as other years in the empty houses.
Bring your own rations and water. However there may be catering of some description available if we can arrange it.
9) No tracked armour of any kind but wheeled vehicles OK.
10) Please remember this is a re-enactment weekend and not a photo shoot. Whilst we're prepared to allow each group to have a photographer present could you please ensure that he stays with his group and to the rear of his combatants, stays out of the combat areas and does not interfere or get in the way of other societies. Thank you.
