Hi All,

Planning is well underway for our 4th annual 1940's weekend event at Baston in south Lincolnshire on 5th & 6th August. Although we already have more than 30 living history groups signed-up for this year's event, we still have room for more! Please let me know if you are interested in participating in one of the most popular events on the calendar. Here's a brief summary of the show:

BASTON IN THE BLITZ
Brudenell Playing Fields, Main Street, Baston, Lincolnshire - Postcode: PE6 9PA
Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th August 2017 10am - 5pm
BLITZ DANCE Saturday 5th August 2017 7.30pm - 11pm
Brudenell Playing Fields, Main Street, Baston, Lincs PE6 9PA
BBMF flypasts requested
All-day live entertainment including PAUL CASPER
Forties music by THE BLITZ DANCERS
Static aircraft displays
Experience the roar of the mighty MERLIN engine!
Firepower Demo & Battle Re-enactment both days
Many Military & Home Front living history displays & re-enactors
Vintage cars, lorries & tractors
Military Vehicles & Equipment
Post-war/Cold War displays
Big variety of trade stalls including SEAL Military and Monty's Locker
1940's Hairdressers
Punch & Judy show
Children's play & picnic area, and amusements
Plenty of undercover seating in our main marquee
Interest invited from living history display groups - registration forms can be downloaded from our website

This was definitely my fave show of the year - so well organised and Alan is a really great chap - can't wait to go this year!
